In-stock framesets and bikes typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom builds or pre-order items will have specific lead times listed on the product page.
Do you ship your bicycles worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built bicycles may be subject to different return conditions.

Each model page features a detailed geometry chart and size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our support team with your measurements for a personalized recommendation.
Does my Standert bicycle come with a warranty?
Every Standert frame comes with a statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer a crash replacement program for original owners.
